CITY SUPERINTENDENT & CREW - JR Landenberger

JR has been City Superintendent since 2001. His duties include
supervising the electric, water, sewer, street and parks departments. In 2002, JR spearheaded the effort to bring the wireless Internet to St. Francis. (The City sold the Internet to Eagle Communication in 2005.) Working closely with the City council, JR  plays a vital part int he management of the City.

Michael J. Day has served as City Attorney since 1976. He is a partner in the Kite and Day law firm located on main street of St. Francis. He and his wife Brenda, the Yearbook, Journalism and Desktop instructor at the high school, have two children: Kendall and Erin.
